Hello friends!
My name is Anne and I am an American who is been living in Bulgaria for 18 years. Together with my Bulgarian partner, Svetla Parker, we own and manage 9 flats in Bansko. We also have rental properties in Sofia and on the Black Sea in Bulgaria. Our portfolio also extends to the other side of the Black Sea. We have 6 vacation apartments in Gudauri ski resort in Georgia as well as a flat in Tbilisi and 3 flats on the Georgian side of the Black Sea.
We both love traveling, skiing, riding motorcycles and eating and drinking well.
Svetla speaks Bulgarian, English, Spanish, Russian, and French. I speak English, Russian, Bulgarian and limited Georgian.
