New 43" Smart TV, there is an oven in the Kitchen and a double bed in the bedroom. No washing machine in the apartment but local company 12lv per load, 17 min walk away in complex Phoenix 2.
Utilities are costed separately and depend your own usage, but as a guide line - Electric and Water.
Summer months - Electric is approx 40 leva per person per month and water is 10 to 12 leva per person.
This apartment does not face the sun so it does not get really hot in the Summer months.
Winter months - Electric is on average over the 3 months approx 180 lowest and average 250 to 300 leva per month on a Studio / one bedroom and water as above.

Bike Hire -Bicycles.
Want to get around faster, don't have a car, then hire a bike! these can be rented at an additional cost, starting at 60 leva per month, I do have a range of bikes with different frame sizes, Small, Medium and Large / long legs including some Mountain bikes (80 to 120 leva per month), contact us for further details.
