The apartment is available for long stay. Spa will be included (the coolest new Spa in Bansko with heated outside pool and jacuzzi). The price will be 600 EUR if rented for a minimum of 9 months.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The bedroom is with a king-size bed and a single bed, wardrobe and a desk. There is also a flat-screen TV with cable channels. In the living room, there is a very comfortable pull-out sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, 4 chairs, a desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Kitchen with an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, and all the needed stuff to prepare and enjoy a nice meal. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, spacious and very comfortable. In the winter there is central heating which keeps the feel of the apartment very warm and cozy. High-Speed WiFi throughout.

The spacious balcony with a lovely garden view. St Ivan Rilski Spa Hotel is one of the best-maintained properties in Bansko. The gardens, the Spa, restaurants, bar, gym - everything is clean and beautiful.
Long-term rent is welcome. Apartment is available from 14.06.2023 until 24.06.2023 and after 30.08 until 12.12.2023.
Electricity and water bills are not included. From June until the end of August approx. 50 EUR per month. From September to May approx. 150 EUR per month.
Mandatory cleaning fee upon departure: 100 BGN
