There is no washing machine in the apartment but a laundry can be found in the Phoenix 2 complex which is approx a 15 min walk away.
Utilities are costed separately and depend your own usage, but as a guide line - Electric and Water.
Summer months - Electric is approx 40 leva per person per month and water is 10 to 12 leva per person.
Winter months - Electric is on average over the 3 months approx 180 lowest and average 250 to 300 leva per month on a Studio / one bedroom and water as above.
