The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and the guest bedroom has two continental-style beds, which can be easily arranged into a single (king size) bed, twin beds or stacked as a couch. Each room is equipped with room darkening curtains as well as sheer curtains.
The apartment is equipped with heating units in each room, including the bathroom. Hot water is provided via a 120 litre water boiler which is enough to take long hot showers. There’s a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a small and large drying racks.
This complex is in a quiet area with free street parking out front if required.
It is just a short 8 min walk to the Ski Gondola, 2 minutes to AltSpace Summit, 7 minutes to Pirin 75, 8 minutes to Black Honey (the best coffee in town) and 10 minutes away from AltSpace Central.
If you are going to Altspace, then the Gondola Summit space is just around the corner, less than 2 minutes away. It’s 10 mins to Coworking central. The Banski Samun artisanal bakery is 2 mins away and an affordable local restaurant is located next door which serves lunch menus daily (Bai Mile).
The building has a small communal garden as well as a small ski storage room in the basement.
