Summer prices
800 lv per month.
Winter prices - December to March
700 leva per month and minimum 3 months booking in the Winter months.
A 17 min walk to the Ski Gondola
9 min to Gondola Coworking space & 22 min to Coworking central.
There is a nice breakfast bar that you sit at and can work from if you wish.
The complex has internet.
Kitchen has a kettle, Toaster, 2 ring hob, microwave and a fridge.
Washing - we can recommend 2 places where you can drop your laundry and then collect within a few days - both are inexpensive.
Important Notes:
We hold a deposit against utilities and damage, in the Summer months 200 leva and in the Winter Months one months rent
In addition we charge a one off cleaning fee (30 euros) for use to re-prepare the apartment for the next guests.
