Summer prices.
€564 per month (1100 leva) or €530 (1039lv) if 2 or more months are booked in the Summer months.
plus a 200 lv deposit and a one off 60lv cleaning fee .
Winter Pricing.
€461 or 900 leva per month - (minimum 3 months booking - December to March) 400 leva deposit and a one off 60 leva cleaning fee.
There is a nice dining table or a writing Bureau that you sit at and can work from if you wish.
The apartment has a dedicated internet

Important Notes:
We hold a deposit against utilities and damage, in the Summer months 200 leva and in the Winter Months one months rent
In addition we charge a one off cleaning fee 60 leva for use to re-prepare the apartment for the next guests.
