Kitchen has a two ring hob, kettle, Toaster, microwave, coffee percolator. and a fridge with a small freezer, pots, pans etc......
The bedroom has a double bed.
Bathroom is a wet room with a shower.
Important Notes:
We hold a deposit against utilities and damage, in the Summer months 200 leva and in the Winter Months one months rent.
In addition we charge a one off cleaning fee of 60 leva to re-prepare the apartment for the next guests.
