Nestled in this picturesque town, this is a historic house that boasts a rich heritage dating back more than 150 years.
The house itself is a treasure trove of craftsmanship, adorned with exquisite wood carvings meticulously created by the Koyuv talented carpenters, adding an element of art and history to our guests' stay.
There are 6 studio rooms in the house – each has its own private bathroom.
For our guests we provide a fully operational kitchen, where you can use the fridge, microwave, oven and all the appliances that you need.
Parking around is easy, there are three wider streets with parking spots less than minutes from the house.
The prices are:
• Short-term rent: from 55 to 70 EUR per night per room
• Long-term rent: from 450 EUR per month
The price includes all heating costs, electricity, water, and a good internet connection.
There are additional services available at extra cost:

The host is a lovely local lady who recently lost her son unexpectedly. This house was his dream – he wanted to create a place to welcome other IT and remote workers like himself. His mother, Katya, will welcome you to the guesthouse!
