Also great views of the Pirin Range from the bedroom and bedroom Balcony.
Its a nice size apartment with a double bed in the bedroom.
The complex does not have internet but a 60gb card is included in the price.
There is a 43" Smart TV and a DVD player and a few DVD's to watch.
Kitchen has everything inc a oven, it has a kettle, Toaster, 2 ring hob, microwave and a large fridge, pots, pans etc......
There is nice little shared garden with some seating and a BBQ.
Important Notes:
We hold a deposit against utilities and damage, in the Summer months 200 leva and in the Winter Months one months rent
In addition we charge a one off cleaning fee (60 leva) for use to re-prepare the apartment for the next guests.
