Information about Bansko Nomad Apartments

All information is available already in the listing, so once you make a reservation and the host accepts, your credit card will be charged for the reservation fee.

The rent, deposit, utilities will be paid directly to the host. The host will tell you the payment options (bank transfer, PayPal, cash etc.) and how to get the key for the apartment.

The website is free for hosts, the guests will pay you directly.

1) Please sign-up at http://www.banskonomadapartments.com/
2) For each apartment that you want to rent to our community please create one listing.
3) Use good photos to showcase your apartment and list all amenities. Create a meaningful description and mention important information like internet speed and any surcharges (winter), discounts (long-term) or deposits. Please double check the address / map location to ensure it’s correct.
4) Please do not put any contact information into the listing, all communication is done via the site.
5) All listings will be screened before we put them on the site.

6) This is a curated list, so we reserve the right to remove your listings. 

Once someone reserves your apartment:
- You will get an email notification. Please login to the site and confirm the reservation, if the apartment is available. If you do not confirm the reservation within 3 days then the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
- After you confirm a reservation please contact the guest with information how to pay (bank transfer, PayPal, cash on arrival) and if there are any upfront deposits required. It is your responsibility to work this out with the guest, we only facilitate the reservation process.

Very important:
- If you rent the apartment to other people also, then please update the availability information on our site to ensure that this is up to date. We will remove listings when we see that there are frequent reservation issues.
- To update the availability information: Go to your listing and click “Edit listing availability”. This will bring up a small calendar. Select the beginning and the end of the period where your apartment is not available and click Save. You will not get reservation requests for the selected period.
